Don specializes in all aspects of residential real estate sales, from first-time homebuyers to retirees, new home construction to fixer-uppers, and local moves to out of town transfers, including RCMP & Military transfers. Don has been a licensed Real Estate Agent for over 17 years, and since 2014 has become Campbell River's Patio Home expert, listing and selling over $50 million of property, including well over 100 newly built patio home units in Willow Green Patio Homes, Cormorant Place Patio Home Development, Phase 3 of Shades of Green Estates, and Treelane Ridge Patio homes. Don is one of Campbell River's select few Real Estate Agents with the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) Designation, specially trained to understand and provide high quality service to senior clients as they navigate buying or selling properties, aging in place, estate planning and transitioning to senior's care.

Don & Rhonda are both born and bred Vancouver Islanders, having lived in Victoria, Nanaimo, Courtenay and Campbell River for most of their lives, and are very familiar with Island living. The last 20 years in Campbell River has been home for them as they raised their 3 children and now have 3 grandsons, all still calling Campbell River home. They are blessed to be able to spend family time camping, boating or just strolling the Seawalk with their grandbabies. Don & Rhonda are strong supporters of the local Campbell River Storm Junior B Hockey Organization, and proudly offer ongoing support and fundraising through their Team Corder "Shoot-to-WIN" contest for Cameryn's Cause for Kids, a local children's charity that offers financial assistance and support to families with children facing a health crisis.
