Purchasing a property when you live far away in another city poses challenges.  Don helped with this challenge by always assisting with anything we asked about, including helping us locate tradespeople and services for our new home.  Don spent a long day with us looking at properties and saw the process through to its completion.  It was a long and tiring day for all of us, and Don was diligent and thorough through the entire process.  Don provided us advice from an honest and thoughtful place to help us make sound financial decisions when putting an offer in on our new home.  Don worked with us on our home purchase thoroughly and through to completion, even checking in on us after we got settled.  

Brandon May sold a house for me back in 2016 and he was the absolute best. Above all the constant communication, I could tell he was working hard to get the place shown as much as possible. After a short week I had the full price offer I was looking for.
Today (Oct. 2021) we just finished wrapping up the sale of a fairly expensive (to me) new house build. The builder was rushing at the end and during our deficiency walk through Brandon probably marked over a 100 things himself ensuring that we got our money's worth and the quality finish product we wanted.
Brandon is a constant professional while also being a great down to earth guy. I really can't say enough good things about my 2 experiences working with him. I will only ever work with Brandon May and I'll be recommending him to everyone I know!

Our  experience of buying our first home was made much more simple thanks to Cathy's professional skills. She  went above and beyond what was expected of her. She is a very caring person and we felt very fortunate to have her assist us with the home buying process! We appreciate the fact that Cathy took the time to educate us on the process of buying a house in this market which was new to us.
